Your wall mural is custom-made according to the dimensions you provide, so we recommend carefully checking the width and height before completing your order.

If you notice a measurement error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we may be able to update the dimensions.

Your order is shipped once the production process has been completed.

For orders within Türkiye, the total delivery time is generally 3–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, busy promotional periods, or due to delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If you need to change the measurements or design after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to make the requested change. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible because each wall mural is prepared specifically for your order.

Yes. You can preview your chosen wall mural in your own space using the “See It in Your Room” feature on the product page.

Simply upload a photo of your room, and the system will apply the selected design to your wall to create a realistic preview.

Guest users can try 1 room preview, while registered members receive up to 5 free room previews.

We offer three different wallpaper options depending on your needs and the area where the product will be installed:

Premium Matte: Provides a natural, modern finish with reduced reflections. It is an excellent choice for living rooms, bedrooms, and workspaces.

Premium Satin: Features a slightly glossy surface that makes colors appear more vibrant and defined. It is ideal for decorative spaces where you want the design to stand out.

Peel & Stick: Requires no additional adhesive and offers a quick and practical installation. It is ideal for those looking for an easy-to-apply and removable solution.

When choosing, consider the condition of your wall, the purpose of the room, and the finish you would like to achieve.

Yes. You can install your wall mural yourself. Before installation, make sure the wall surface is clean, dry, smooth, and free from dust. Any cracks, peeling paint, or uneven areas should be repaired before installation.

The installation method depends on the material you choose. Premium Matte and Premium Satin require a suitable wallpaper adhesive. Peel & Stick does not require additional adhesive; simply remove the backing gradually and apply the material directly to the wall.

For the best result, carefully align each panel during installation and gently smooth out any air bubbles toward the edges.

Measure the width from left to right and the height from the floor to the ceiling. Since wall dimensions may vary slightly at different points, we recommend measuring the width and height in several places and using the largest measurement.

Even if your wall has doors, windows, electrical outlets, or other openings, enter the full width and height of the wall when ordering. The design is prepared for the entire wall surface, and areas such as doors and windows can be trimmed during installation.

It is also helpful to add a few extra centimeters to your measurements to allow for minor differences during installation.
